Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your order details.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused cleaning supplies or tools in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
